1. About AppSwap

AppSwap ("we", "us", "the Service") is a mutual app-testing exchange for independent Android developers. By creating an account you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a human individual (no bots or automated accounts). You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. The Credit System

  • New accounts start with 3 free credits.
  • You earn 1 credit for each test you complete and that gets approved by the app owner.
  • 1 credit is deducted from your account each time you approve a tester's submission for your app.
  • Credits have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or sold.

4. Testing Obligations

When you accept a testing task you agree to:

  • Join the app's Google Group using the provided link.
  • Opt in to the closed testing track via the provided opt-in link.
  • Install and genuinely use the app for at least two weeks.
  • Submit an honest screenshot as proof of participation.

Submitting fabricated or recycled screenshots constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account suspension.

5. App Listings

By adding an app you confirm that:

  • You are the developer or authorized representative of the app.
  • The app is a legitimate application published on Google Play.
  • All links (Google Group, opt-in, Play Store) are correct and functional.

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful.

6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Submitting fake or manipulated proof screenshots.
  • Creating multiple accounts to game the credit system.
  • Listing apps that contain malware, illegal content, or violate Google Play policies.
  • Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Credits and testing history are forfeited upon termination.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of user-submitted content, or that testers will complete tasks in any particular time frame.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppSwap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
